You will also be notified through E-Mail/SMS on every transaction. We have listed supported banks and card types that you can use to pay online for your order. Do we accept International cards? or any other currency?

No for now, we accept card issued in India and Rupee currency only.

Do we offer Cash On Delivery (COD)?

How safe is to order and pay online on SpiderJuice?

In India, many people still feel insecure while paying online. For any online startup company, getting customers trust and making them believe that their money is totally safe is the most important achievement. SpiderJuice provides a 2 level safety on your every order. At level one, SpiderJuice support team updates you on every step of your order. In case your order was not delivered on time, there was some item missing, or any other dispute occurred, our team works hard to resolve and come to a final conclusion in buyers favour. In some situations we also refund the total order amount including shipping charges. Mail us on support@spiderjuice.in with your order id number or call us on 98212 49345 for any queries or issues. The dispute is resolved within 2 days. Every order is resolved by SpiderJuice Team at level one itself. At level two, our payment gateway partner, which is PayuMoney support team will handle disputes. You can mail them on care@payumoney.com with your transaction id number. SpiderJuice team will be notified about this and quick actions will take place to resolve disputes in no time. All this work together to protect buyers money and credential details completely secured in terms of privacy, refunds and delivering orders in time.

Is my account on SpiderJuice completely safe?

To answer this quickly, its Yes. Privacy is every ones right. We have no authority to share your information or to change it. Only you can change your information. When you register with us or subscribe to our newsletter, we only then use your email id to send updates in your email box. You can even opt out for receiving such emails. To unsubscribe click on the link at the bottom of the email that you received from us. If you having trouble doing this or you want to delete your account completely then write us on support@spiderjuice.in.

What is the refund time frame? How many days it take to get my refund?

When a dispute occurs and if the conclusion was to refund the total order amount, quick resolution action is taken by SpiderJuice support team. If your money is with PayuMoney payment gateway then different time frames are considered depending on the payment method you used to pay while placing the order. In case of debit card / credit card transactions, the refund should reflect in customer’s bank account within 2-3 working days. In case of Net Banking transactions, the refund should reflect in customer’s account within 4-7 working days. If the money is already deposited in SpiderJuice account before the resolution was done, then our team will directly contact you asking about your bank details to transfer the money directly into your account. This process will mostly be done through NEFT and will take 2 working days or in rare cases our team member will personally go to the bank to deposit amount into your account.

What action should I take when any error occurred while paying?

Suppose your computer shuts down, internet connection was disconnected, bank failed to authorize, your account was debited but SpiderJuice didn’t received your amount etc

  • The payment didn’t get authorized by the bank. In this case the customer’s account will not be debited and PayuMoney won’t get any further updates from the banks. The payment status will be Initiated/Failed/Dropped.
  • The payment got authorized by the bank but the communication of the same was not received by PayUMoney. In this case the customer’s account will get debited by the bank. The payment status will be Initiated/Failed/Dropped. PayuMoney receives a confirmation from the bank later and then they’ll initiate a refund for the payment to the customer’s account.
  • Payment was incomplete/pending but the customer says they were charged. This case is rare and happens when the transaction response from the bank is interrupted due to connection failure before it reaches PayuMoney server. Please drop an email with payment details like amount, payment ID (transaction ID) date and approximate time of transaction etc to SpiderJuice.

If you save your Card details for future transactions, how secure are the card details with PayuMoney?

Your Card details are secured extremely safely with dedicated encrypted server which is PCI DSS compliant. Once stored the card details can be edited/removed any time by the you.

How PayuMoney notify about the payment?

PayuMoney sends E-Mail and SMS notification to you with the required payment details when a payment is made.
